Token Staking Program – Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Token Staking Program, you (“User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Definitions

• Staking: The process of locking a certain amount of tokens for a specified period to earn rewards.
• Token: The digital asset eligible for staking under this program.
• Platform: The official platform, app, or interface provided by XE VIDA to facilitate staking.

2. General Terms

• This staking program is only available to users who have completed any required verification (e.g., KYC), if applicable.
• Users must have a compatible wallet or sufficient token balance to participate.
• By initiating staking, users agree to lock their tokens for the selected staking period.

3. Staking Period

• Staking options may include fixed durations such as 1 year.
• Tokens cannot be withdrawn before the staking period ends, unless stated otherwise by the program.
• Upon completion of the staking term, the staked tokens and any earned rewards (if applicable) will be returned to the user's wallet.

4. Rewards

• Rewards are calculated based on the staked amount and duration.
• Reward rates may vary and are subject to change at the discretion of XE VIDA.
• Rewards may be distributed in the same token or other assets, depending on the program’s structure.

5. Risk

• Users understand and accept the risks associated with staking, including token price volatility, platform failure, or other unforeseen issues.

6. Suspension or Termination

7. Abuse and Misconduct

• Any disputes arising from this program will be governed under Spain Jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

• XE VIDA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Continued participation in the staking program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• By staking your tokens through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
